There are several benefits you get to enjoy once you are a member of the US BCA!
A membership in the US BCA cost $15 for a two year membership, but there is a way of obtaining a free two year membership!
In order to qualify for a free two year membership, all you have to do is to complete the two correspondence chess courses offered by the Hadley School for the Blind. The chess courses are totally free, plus you will recieve a free adaptive chess set as part of your course materials. The first course covers the basics of the game, then the second course covers some strategies and tactics that can help you improve your game. Upon the completion of these two courses, you will recieve a two year US BCA Membership!
For more information contact the Hadley School for the blind at 1-800-323-4238, or you can visit their website at www.hadley.edu
If you are not interested in the Hadley Chess Courses, or do not want to wait until you complete them, then please feel free to contact us for more information about submitting your payment for a two year membership.
